Just wanted to let you know that my new 'baby' has arrived safe and well - he is settling in and making lots!! of new friends.

PS - I was at work when they tried to deliver him yesterday - so collected him from post office first thing this morning. Susanne

I have received my Charlie Bear 2010 this morning and I am absolutely delighted with it. The quality of materials and attention to detail is quite astonishing, considering its affordable price! My granddaughter is an avid collector of the 'build-a-bear' product, and it is of no comparison in terms of value and quality. My Charlie is now keeping company with my lonely Patsy bear and I must say, they look great together. It's a wonderful birthday present at a time when I would prefer to forget them!!


Thank you once again - I can see that you go the extra mile with the packaging and I very much appreciate it.

I would just like to say thankyou for a wonderful service that you have given me I will always use your site for my bear searching as I am never let down I can't wait for Twiglet to arrive and will let you know as soon as he arrives I can't wait to see him so thankyou once again bear hugs Keally xx
