Merlin was opened on Christmas Day. Not only is he a very special Charlie Bear, but it was the care that had gone into packaging. There were Christmas sprinkles on and in the box. The card, adoption certificate all made him an even more special Christmas gift. He is now watching me write this with those special lifelike eyes. Teddy Bear Club you provide a great service.

I would like to thank you for sending Naomi bear which I received this morning.
I really appreciate all the care and attention you have put into the packing. All the extra touches didn't go unnoticed, the card, certificate the pretty confetti and the lovely red bag made it extra special.
