Twiglet made it safe and sound and he is just so lovely and he loves sitting next to his his big brothers and sisters so hopefully after my holiday i,ll be looking to purchase another bear from you soon. thanks for a great service and a lovely bear.

Just wanted to let you know that my new 'baby' has arrived safe and well - he is settling in and making lots!! of new friends.

I have received my Charlie Bear 2010 this morning and I am absolutely delighted with it. The quality of materials and attention to detail is quite astonishing, considering its affordable price! My granddaughter is an avid collector of the 'build-a-bear' product, and it is of no comparison in terms of value and quality. My Charlie is now keeping company with my lonely Patsy bear and I must say, they look great together. It's a wonderful birthday present at a time when I would prefer to forget them!!


Thank you once again - I can see that you go the extra mile with the packaging and I very much appreciate it.
