| Dispatch of goods or services will
only be carried out once full and cleared payment has been received
for the same. |

amend specifications and prices without notice. However, we

| Carriage |
| Goods are dispatched Monday through to Friday
and those supplied within the mainland UK will normally be delivered
within 7 working days or sooner of receipt of order and cleared
funds. Goods supplied outside the mainland UK will normally
be delivered within 14 working days or sooner of receipt of
order and cleared funds. This does not apply to Special Order
goods and services whereby delivery times will be advised at
the time of order. |
| For peace of mind, unless stated otherwise,
all goods are dispatched using Royal Mail's Special Delivery
service for next working day delivery. Carriage prices will
be added to the final price at checkout and start from as little
as £4.95. |

| Royal Mail Special Delivery |
| Royal Mail Special Delivery ensures next working
day delivery from Monday to Friday, to most destinations within
the mainland UK and within three working days to The Scottish
Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. |
| A signature will be required upon delivery.
Therefore it is a good idea to make sure that your gift is delivered
to an address where you know that there will be someone to sign
for it. If the postman is unable to obtain a signature, a card
will be left with details of where the parcel can be collected
or delivery re-arranged. |
| Please note that it is your responsibility
to make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods.
If it is not possible, then you must notify us immediately otherwise
any additional costs incurred to The Teddy Bear Club Store (Exclusives)
will be passed onto you. |
